This house is surrounded by water on three sides and is facing eight miles of squeaky clean Gulf Islands National Seashore, its an undeveloped part of Florida where you can walk on un-crowded beaches or view a Natural Florida untouched by development. Its private, yet close to shopping, and civilization.

The Great Room has an open seating arrangement with windows on every side so you wont miss a thing. There is a deck off of the back for watching the most incredible sunsets over the water you have ever experienced. There is a pool table and dartboard as well as a fully equipped kitchen.

Downstairs there are 3.5 bedrooms with three king beds and one small bedroom that is semi private with a twin bed. Up stairs there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms that have King beds in them.
